Retrospective audit of genital prolapse management

The purpose audit management in this retrospective study know understand decision making, selection patients for particular surgery avoid complications management.Methods: This descriptive was conducted at SVMCH RC during period January 2020 December 2021. detailed analysis cases, symptomatology, surgical methods, follow up were studied.Results: We managed 110 cases prolapse. 35 had massive/ huge (POP Q Stage 4). 75.4%were found age group beyond 55 years, 66.3% multiparous. 31% came massive Q-stage IV), 5% showed cervical elongation ,7% vault prolapse, Majority our (63%) by vaginal hysterectomy repair.
